2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect this data directly from:

  • You (the consumer) when you fill out a form or verify your phone;
  • Our business partners who embed our services;
  • Consumer reporting agencies (with your consent);
  • Telecommunications providers and data brokers;
  • Verification platforms and fraud detection services.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Verify your identity and phone number;
  • Authenticate one-time passcodes (OTP);
  • Conduct soft credit pulls (with authorization);
  • Match your information against fraud and identity signals;
  • Support our clients in determining your eligibility for services;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse;
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not use your data for cross-site behavioral advertising and do not sell your personal information.

  • Our clients/partners (e.g., financial providers evaluating your submission);
